Write A Review For Sprint

Sprint's had a rocky few years. Sprint has recently teamed up with ACS to make sure the customer service satisfaction dramatically increases. In short, Sprint was charging me my regular monthly service plan fee, and then charging me 10 cents per minute for every single minute I used each month on top of the fee.

I bought a Belkin wireless phone charger from my Sprint Store. Neither company on its own can match the might of Verizon Wireless, with 147 million customers, or AT&T, with 136.5 million. My kids were switch to another carrier, they were experience no service with their phones when traveling up north or different areas which made it difficult to keep in touch with one another.

Summary: I had a plan and a phone and a wireless company I was reasonably happy with. We were told by their lying sales rep that for $70 a month we would get 2 lines and 2 free phones. I called the customer representative and she walk me thru steps to fix my phone.

I needed a phone that night so I had to pay off over $500 in charges to my canceled plan to get a new one and to make matters worse they did not even plan to give me a plan that night they were going to make to make me wait 24 hours to get my prexisting phone on a new plan.

But Japanese telecommunications firm SoftBank Group Corp., which owns more than 80% of Sprint's shares, announced back in October that it would cease its efforts to merge the wireless carrier with T-Mobile. My old S6 had fallen out of my pocket and the screen had cracked so I went to a Sprint store and spoke to a person in person and was told I only owed $80 per phone and so I decided to keep the old phones.

Theoretically, Sprint customers would see a boost in network coverage as a result of the merger—as evidenced by the coverage maps put together by analytics firm RootMetrics. During the presidential campaign, Trump made populist noises about barring another big telecom merger, between AT&T and the giant media company Time Warner.

We have been having problems with it, so called Sprint and was told it needs to be replaced.Spring no longer makes that model but they sent a replacement for what we had to a Sprint store for me to pick up, which I did.I had asked for something that was what we had before as we were happy with it.

Rather, the customers who have a very high number of calls to customer service over a certain period have their files evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and customers who Sprint determines "might be happier with another provider" (her wording) for whatever reason are released from their contracts.

Many of you called out T-Mobile for advertising prices Sprint on plans and devices that they refuse to honor when it comes time to buy, aggressively marketing itself in areas where they have no coverage (thus encouraging people to sign up and pay for phones they can't use), and forcing people out of grandfathered contracts and raising plan prices as a result.

On Tuesday 2 October 2018 I called Sprint to determine if they had a new rate plan as we were at the end of our lease with 4 lines and wanted to see what options were available. This company shouldn't even have any stars given to them as they are the absolute worst robbing company to their customers.

I followed up with Sprint Customer care numerous times. I would never go back to sprint ever and anybody thinking about switching to sprint keep in mind that even with sprint offering low prices on data and phone they are still losing money and customers or leaving in bunches.
